Totally disappointed, following are the highlights 1. Seelan(dampness) on room walls 2. Spider webs 3. No guard during day or night
4. No cleanliness in swimming pool
5. Average breakfast overall very bad experience

The building does not have a Lift. Breakfast is a joke. Cornflakes, Bread and Omelette is what passes for Breakfast every day. The maintenance is pathetic and the Managers on duty just don't care. Problems are just not fixed, instead they just change room to one most things work. In our case, the room was changed to one where the Door Lock, AC and Health Faucet worked, but had MUSHROOMS growing on the furniture, in addition to fungus on the wood.

Had a very bad experience in staying in riva boutique apartment in porvorim. Ac not working properly. The swimming pool was dirty. Food unhygienic. Laundry service pathetic. Staff of the night shift are rude. Staff enjoy watching tv at the reception area. Not bothered about customers. In short what they show, is completely opposite.
